Overcrowded vehicles, industries like cement industries, chemical industries, oil refineries and cotton/textile industries form a basic pollutants of atmosphere in Tamil Nadu. Modernization has resulted in pollution of atmosphere due to heavy traffic. These pollutions lead to lung cancer, pleura, oral cavity, skin and bladder cancer. Tobacco, smoke-pollution includes all the types of cancer expect skin cancer. Now we using the data collected from Tanjore Hospital find the gradations of pollutions associated with each type of cancer using Fuzzy Associative Memories (FAM) model for this is the model which gives the resultants which can be graded in comparison with other fuzzy models which give the ON or OFF state of an attribute.
It is surprising to see that from our analysis we are made to include the pollution due to the spray of pesticides and insecticides that is also one of the reasons for all types of cancer. For some of these agricultural labourers who are not exposed to any form of pollution who are not Tobacco users are affected by these types of cancers. So the chemicals sprayed as pesticides or as manure must also be analyzed for the analysis of the blood samples of the agricultural labourers to find the chemicals present is to tested for some of them are carcinogenic.
